Cologne central station is just one subway stop or 5 minutes walking distance from our hotel.
Just nearby you will find:
- the most important sites of the city, like Cologne cathedral and treasury
- most of the world famous museums (Museum Ludwig, Wallraf-Richartz, Roman-Germanic museum, chocolate museum, Kolumba...)
- historic buildings like the cityhall, Gürzenich or big romanesque churches (Groß St. Martin...)
- Musical Dome, Opera house and Cologne Philharmonie
- the picturesque oldtown with little streets and alleys and of course many bars and restaurants as well as breweries along the Rhine riverbank
- the biggest pedestrian zone in Hohe Straße and Schildergasse, Breite Straße and Ehrenstrasse with many shopping opportunities.
Public transport – the subway stop is located just around the corner, main station only a few minutes walking distance.
However, due to our central location you can easily explore most sites by foot.
The trade fair grounds "Koelnmesse" can be reached in less than 2 minutes from the nearby main station.
